My family started to follow a simple healthy eating plan and it was in continuous success. It has been keeping us healthy for years now.

This diet plan is simple, it makes you stay healthy and enjoy your food at the same time. Let’s enumerate first the things that we shouldn’t eat.

We don’t eat sweet foods, white flour, rice and all fried foods, also any kind of food or drink that is processed. No junk foods and fast foods, too. For the beverage, we don’t drink soft drinks, fruit juices, coffee and alcoholic drinks.

You might think that everything is a no. This free healthy eating plan will guide you to everything that you need to know.

This diet plan should focus on eating natural whole foods.

For instance, we have to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, but that is just not enough, the trick here is that you have to eat at least nine servings everyday. To do this, you have to eat some per meal, even during snack time.

The best food that you can get is ones which are fresh and organic. If in case these are not available, you can opt for frozen foods.

The fact that we don’t eat any processed foods, we don’t drink milk. Still, dairy should be included in our diet. We eat low-fat organic plain yogurt, kefir, and cheese, and some no-salt organic butter.

Olive oil is our main and best choice for cooking foods and making salads.

The cheese that we intake are generally, cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella or feta, and we never go overboard with it. Fresh fruits and raw nuts are best for sweetening a plain yogurt and kefir.

We strictly only use whole grains. This includes bread which is mostly sprouted, cereals, rice and pastas. These whole grains have a much better flavor when you get used to it and it even offers you good nutrition.

As you sprout the whole grains, it increases its protein and digestibility. Also, take note of the products that you use, be sure that it has no added sugar.

Eggs are a staple in our home, and we go through as many dozens of eggs and loaves of bread in a week, because of our large family. We eat these eggs in several ways: scrambled, poached, hard-boiled, egg toast, omelettes and egg sandwiches.

Although we don’t eat meat everyday, we always eat fish and poultry. It offers a great source of lean protein and the taking in of fish adds more benefit of being rich in omega 3 fatty acids.

Even if we have a healthy diet, we still take food supplements to make sure we get all the essential vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids, fiber, and the phytonutrients that we need to stay healthy.

There it goes- my family’s free healthy eating plan. What is left for you to know is that you need to always drink lots of water. If you want to lose weight, burn more calories than what you take in.

By following these suggestions and by adding a regular exercise regimen, you will most likely feel like a whole new person, like you always wanted.
