Muscle Building Tips - Comprehensive Exercises Are Best
Building Muscle Tips - Bigger Movement Exercises
So what are the best exercises anyway? You wanna get big biceps? Gonna do some bicep curls and get massive? Nope I don’t think so. Now don’t get me wrong, the bicep curl has it’s place. But not in an exercise program designed to get you bigger fast.
OK, Let’s stop and think. What’s the best thing do to if your goal is to put on muscles quickly. Weight training. And the best exercises to do are the one’s that do the job in the least amount of time! They’re called comprehensive exercises. I see no good reason to do lots of smaller exercises when I can get the same (if not better) job done with fewer bigger movements.
It takes about a 1 hours time (probably closer to 45 minutes) to warm up, workout and cool down before our body starts turning against itself. The last thing we want is our body burning muscle fibers for energy. So keep the workout short, and intense so we can get as much done as possible in this short time. What’s the secret? The comprehensive exercise.
The Best Exercise List
Building Muscle Tips #1. These are the only exercises you should do to to work out the most muscles in shortest amount of time. If you do these exercises, instead of the small exercises, you’ll gain loads of muscle in very little time.

These last 2 exercises are great, but not 100% essential to stimulate massive muscle growth. You’ll get so much from the other exercises that you can do them later if you’re feeling especially energetic! They’re great substitutes for days when you’re bored with your workout, or you’re trying to stimulate more growth by changing it up a bit.
Do at least 3 workouts each week, and make sure you do squats during every workout. They’re the foundation of your body and they’re the largest muscles too. Working them out hard will stimulate your body to produce testosterone more efficiently.
By the way: YOU MUST WORK HARD. These exercises are THE BEST. So don’t change them. Work out the exercises and work them hard. Do between 5-7 repetitions, and do 3 sets each. Lift as much weight as you can and if you’re not confident, get someone to spot for you. But don’t slack off! You’re the one who must do the work. You want to get bigger right?
The secret to making massive muscle gains in short amounts of time is to stress your body with INTENSE PHYSICAL RESISTANCE TRAINING. Use the same weight throughout the sets. i.e. if you start bench with 50kg, use 50kg the whole workout for bench. Change it up next workout by about 2.5% Keep good form and you’ll get great results. Never lift more than you can do 3 sets.
