Lose Weight after Giving Birth and Save your Money

by Teresa Brown

A lot of ladies are used to their daily shopping and eating routines. Introducing a new baby into your circle of life can put a real dent in your wallet. So when it comes time for lunch anything quick and cheap seems like the best option for a busy mom.

If you want to lose weight after giving birth you can’t just snack on anything that is on sale. And as tempting as it may seem, getting a gym membership or personal trainer are good things to do but costly on your time and your wallet. Here are 3 simple tips to losing your baby fat without losing your credit.

A. Ditch the Gym Deal

Make sure you avoid getting into a complicated gym contract you don’t need or won’t use. You don’t need to leave your house to lose weight after giving birth, you can tone and trim around the house. Get an exercise ball or do some pushups between breakfast and lunch. Have a skipping rope in the garage or basketball net in the backyard no matter what make your home fitness friendly.

B. Cut out the Specialty Coffee

When you are trying to lose weight after giving birth try not to drink your calories. Drinking a cappuccino 3 or 4 times per week may seem harmless to your taste buds but if you are a regular at the local coffee shop, this ‘harmless’ habit can be putting up to a 20 dollar hole in your pocket book and unwanted fat on your hips. If you can’t pull the chord on your favorite haunt, then try and stick with the juices or good old water.

C. Be a Personal Coach

Nowadays with fitness DVD’s you can have your own personal trainer at home to lose weight after giving birth. Yoga, Aerobics, and Tiabo are just some of the many options for getting your workout done in front of the TV. Instead of paying for pricey classes you can purchase a DVD once and use it at any time and as much as you want. It’s a cheap and easy way to get professional training in your own home.

Losing weight after giving birth doesn’t have to be a money-draining ordeal. Empower yourself to lose your tummy by becoming a more calorie conscious and practical consumer. You want to lose a pant size not empty your pockets so make sure you take these tips all the way to the bank.
