The best exercise you can do to lose inches off your waist is called the vacuum pose. This is what it is… you suck in your belly button as much as possible. Now suck that in as much as possible and hold that position for between 15-60 seconds. The longer the better. Rest then repeat this. Do this for a total of 5 minutes a day.

Then, after the first 3 minutes, increase the incline by 2 to 6.0, then once you’ve reached 6 minutes, increase the incline by 2 again to 8.0, and finally wait until you are at 9 minutes and then increase it to 12.0 for the final minute to reach 10 minutes. Trust me, you will be sweating….a lot!!
