Some other healthier choices when eating salads are the spray dressings; these offer only 15 to 20 calories per squirt. This is much better than smothering your salad with fatty, creamy dressings that are loaded up with sugar and fat. You can save calories but using moderation.

Instead of smothering your salad and eating needless calories, you can try dipping your fork into the dressing. This method has saved many needless calories for many dieters.

By dipping your fork into the salad dressing before taking a bite, you will get all the flavor and still save calories. You won’t use near as many calories if you eat your salad dressing this way. You will be surprised at how much less dressing you find you need if you try it this way.
