Can’t Lose Weight and Lost Interest?
Losing interest in your diet could happen because it is not easy to lose weight in itself. Reason this happens is rooted back to why we started in the first place. It will help you to look better and feel great.
The aim of most diets is to reduce the calories you consume, most of them are healthy but they will leave you feeling hungry and irritable.
Diets make you crave everything you can’t have, these are just a few of the reasons why you will lose interest. The reward you get from dieting is that you lose some weight and look great, but within a short time, a lot of people gain the weight again, why?
When we gain weight, we’re not trim anymore, so lets look at our current diet. It is not helping us because we’re gaining weight, so we opt for a weight loss diet plan.
In the beginning we are hyped up and fully motivated to start losing weight, this is very good, but diets don’t work for another couple of weeks, perhaps even months, and the motivation dwindles. You might be craving your favorite food and staying motivated is very difficult.
The majority of people lose interest in their diet within 2 weeks, maybe even sooner. The secret is to look ahead and maintain your motivation for what will come, you have to be patient.

The real key to not losing interest in your diet, might be finding a diet plan or creating one that you can live with, all of the time. There are many diet plans that are intelligent and creative enough to actually get excited about. Many plans allow you to still eat the foods you love, yet maybe not as much as you did before.
Finding something you enjoy is important, because exercise is very important during weight loss and will make a big difference. It doesn’t matter what you choose, it may be: running, jogging, swimming or biking, but you must enjoy it.
When you change your eating habits and include a good exercise schedule in our daily routines, this will become habit forming; in time. Staying motivated and giving enough time to adopt new patterns should be worth your effort.
